APA Hotel Ginza Kyobashi Tokyo-Eki Yaesu Minami-guchi

The staff members exhibited an outstanding level of professionalism and courtesy, consistently greeting guests with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the generous provision of new yukatas and towels each day, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it impeccably tidy, reflecting the diligent efforts of your housekeeping team. Additionally, the hotel's location proved to be exceedingly convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, my experience at your hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The hotel is in a central location very close to trains and busses. The room was on the small size but adequate as we were only there to wash and sleep. The rooms were quiet and spotless with many amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable as a single person in a double size bed. Breakfast was interesting as I had never experienced a Japanese style meal before - very good coffee. We walked to many attractions and parts of Tokyo from our motel due to the central location. It was easy to find with Google maps as we came straight from Narita late at night. Any very quick to check out with a drop box for the keycard. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Room was as published online; almost everything that I needed for a 2-night stay was available. Extra for the comfortable bed (as usually they are not pleasant). There was also a late-night izakaya at the end of the block that was quite enjoyable. Close to conbini (7-eleven and FamilyMart) and within walking distance to Tokyo station.

The location was brilliant ! So close to the Main Street major shops ! Location is a very quiet side street. Very peaceful sleep experience - no traffic noise etc. The linen, mattress and pillows were nice & comfortable. Lots of complimentary amenities in the bathroom like shavers, toothbrush etc. Rooms very clean. We asked for rooms close together as we are a family of four and needed two rooms - they accommodated this request. Late check out costs an additional 1,000 JYen per hour.

It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect size room for solo travellers or couples. The location was good as it was very close to the subway and Tokyo station and a bunch of restaurants nearby. The staff were also very helpful and professional.
