I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The staff members exhibited an outstanding level of professionalism and courtesy, consistently greeting guests with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the generous provision of new yukatas and towels each day, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it impeccably tidy, reflecting the diligent efforts of your housekeeping team. Additionally, the hotel's location proved to be exceedingly convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, my experience at your hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Thank you for providing such an amazing environment that truly enhances the guest experience.

The hotel is in a central location very close to trains and busses. The room was on the small size but adequate as we were only there to wash and sleep. The rooms were quiet and spotless with many amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable as a single person in a double size bed. Breakfast was interesting as I had never experienced a Japanese style meal before - very good coffee. We walked to many attractions and parts of Tokyo from our motel due to the central location. It was easy to find with Google maps as we came straight from Narita late at night. Any very quick to check out with a drop box for the keycard. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Pretty average APA Hotel, no big surprise or disappointment for me. Convenient location in my opinion with subway stations nearby and a 10-15min from Tokyo station. On check-out day, I had to leave my luggage for a day before taking the train in the evening and the reception kept my bags for me until then. Room was small as expected in APA Hotel but comfy enough. I liked the Japanese breakfast buffet in the morning. It was simple but good. Don't expect much in terms of western food though, they only have sweet bread with jam.

The hotel is also closely located to many good restaurants. The staff were excellent, kind and extremely helpful.I like staying at APA hotels because the beds are big and roomy, and they have the best pillows which make for a very comfortable night sleeping. I always know I’m going to have a restful night when I stay at this chain, and this hotel was no different.

Very peaceful sleep experience - no traffic noise etc. The linen, mattress and pillows were nice & comfortable. Lots of complimentary amenities in the bathroom like shavers, toothbrush etc. Rooms very clean. We asked for rooms close together as we are a family of four and needed two rooms - they accommodated this request. Late check out costs an additional 1,000 JYen per hour.
